I have never be taught via such approach like watching one of my favorite TV show (HIMYM) and get known with so many formal & informal expressions. During our lessons we discuss different life & business topics and this way really helps me to become more confident when I need to use English at my work.

First, I met Marina almost ten years ago, and still I am pretty sure she’s the best English teacher if you want to speak English. Not to know but to speak English. However, she’s great in explaining difficult grammar concepts the easy and convenient way. Thanks to Marina I was accepted and later graduated from one of the best business schools in the world. She helped me to improve my English knowledge, and even now I have classes with her to maintain my current level. She’s extremely smart, nice person, and her classes are interesting, inspiring and valuable. My name is Andrey T. and I’m so happy that I’ve possibilities to post my own life history about education and studying with the best teacher what I’ve had. First of all I would like to tell that my first steps in studying of English language was like a little child who came at first class because I had finished the school 20 years ago and you must believe me what studying in the USSR of English language was not so good as right now. I could describe my knowledge as in the movie "Gentlemen of fortune" - "a girl", "a table" and so one. But I had a good teacher who helped me, who gave me the chance to understand the English and explained me how I can use it. Second of all, before the starting of education English Dive In tested my level of knowledge English language and after that we chose the best way of continuing education. On all distance of education the teacher asked and discussed with me what we need to improve and themes of next classes and levels. First rule on the lessons what I’ve never forget - you can’t use Russian language at all, you must explain everything how you can but only using the English language. It helped me to start thinking as a native English person and increase speed of education. Second rule of course this is your home work without that point you can’t achieve good results, I was always given a lot of quantity good and interesting tasks and of course we always started our lessons with checking of HW. Without your interest and engagement unfortunately you can’t achieve good results. Thirdly I would like to say that my teacher made all lessons interesting! I remember one lesson when we decided that our lesson will be as Tbilisi city tour in the English language. That’s why we connected by Skype and I could see attractions and we could discuss everything in English. This one and half hours flew as a one minute. Last but not least, I recommend to study English language with English Dive In if you need:

• Good English skills
• Good pronunciation
• Explain in foreign countries what you want
• Make presentations on the meetings
• And a lot of another things

First things first, studying English with English Dive In is fun. I had plenty of interactive activities — quizzes, topic roulettes, tv series discussions and other stuff, which, IMHO, is better than traditional reading/listening/writing exercises.

We were having classes in a group and as far as i remember, all of us had relatively equal amount of time to speak. In addition, I can’t remember any technical issues that were not solved in 5 minutes — we never had our lessons canceled due to them.

To conclude — give lessons a shot and won’t regret the time you’ll spend learning!

I’m Leo, 45 years aged and to be honest with you — I’m really bad in language training. I set an aim a few years ago to get rid of stress in English speaking, to start to convey my thoughts (non template phrases) and to learn to grasp the sense of interlocutor words. Despite the fact that English was the second language in my school and university, I’d take further classes at foreign language courses later. Simply put, before the meeting with Dive-In founder Marina I’d no faith in the result. I mean the shift from comfort only-native language knowledge mindset condition to other language learning. You know, after several years I can certainly declare that learning became more interesting than memorizing dusty grammars and — their exceptions. The learning of languages that have more than one billion speakers around the world. Marina did it and that was the best achievement in our online classes certainly — she made an interest and continues to mix into our classes new language senses — step by step teaches to think in English. Marina, thank you for such a useful course on job interviews. I had a three year gap in using Business English and was afraid of speaking on professional topics. Moreover, I didn't know anything about job interviews and questions in european companies.
After the course I feel very confident not only about my English level, but also about my professional skills.
Marina helped me with finding great answers on possible tricky questions and explained how to behave in different situations. We've composed and rehearsed a lot my "about myself" speech and even have played a real job interview.

I met Marina for the first time several years ago. She was giving corporate English lessons at an American industrial corporation. Honestly speaking, for the first two years I was thinking that she is native speaker. And then I was so lucky to have a chance to have personal lessons from Marina. Her lessons will give you an exponential growth of your English. But do not be fooled, she is a very demanding teacher, if you are not going to achieve your goal, then you should not try. If you do not fulfill your part of the contract and strictly follow the recommendations, nothing will work. Marina is only for those who really want to raise their language level to a new orbit.

I so appreciate my teacher, because I don’t stop in learning English. She is super cool, interesting, variative, creative teacher, who can do your lessons really interesting. You will never be bored. And, especially for me, a program was created based on Harry Potter films, and it makes me a happy student!

I took personal English classes from Marina in 2016 — 2017, prior to that Marina used to be our teacher when our company was arranging corporate English classes for employees. I really enjoyed the way Marina is organizing the educational process and making it fun and enthralling at the same time. We watched the videos, read the articles and listened to music, translating it and learnt a lot of new useful words and phrases, also finding out how we can use them in daily life. Marina is a very attentive teacher, who pays attention to your needs and makes you focus on the areas where you need improvements. The quality of materials which Marina uses is high, she always prepares for the classes and takes it seriously and professionally and requires the same from you, which I liked very much. As nowadays a lot of teachers are making their classes just fun and you can enjoy spending time there, but you are unlikely to learn something from that, just my personal opinion.
In 2018 my company transferred me to the US, as I was offered an exciting job opportunity, I felt very confident in my English knowledge there after extensive English classes with Marina.

Hi there! If one thought about speaking in English, force you to freeze with fear. If after three hours of meeting with your foreign colleagues you look at the watch but only a 2 minutes meeting passed.
But you strongly decided to change that, you are on the right path. Improve your vocabulary and speaking skills by talking on topics that you really enjoy. Discover new things, rewatching favorite movies with original sound, laugh like a drain then heard Sheldon’s "Bazinga" and just enjoy conversation in English because life is so colorless then you speak only one language.

I was a student of Marina at the times i did not know what a classy teacher is. Now i have a very good idea. Years have past but i still remember basically everything from new vocabulary, grammar and lots of synonyms to "i think"))) Guys, belive me, you need those are in handy in communication and make a good impression.
What was more impressive is a dive to american culture through slang and new ways of communication, or puns and jokes.

I got acquainted with Marina Yelchaninova at work. My job employer provided English courses to improve our English speaking skills and Marina was invited as our teacher. Despite our early morning waking up, we came to those lessons mostly because of Marina! Yes, that’s true, we didn’t want to let her down. We felt responsible for being at and preparing for the lessons. And you will feel that too, I promise, if you take the Marina’s lessons! She is well organized, disciplined and motivated teacher.
Moreover, her lessons are extremely interesting, useful and entertaining. She has a lot of ideas how to make the lessons exciting, for instance, morning English breakfast in the cafe with a huge variety of tabletop games.

I have been trying learn English for many times. And always it finished with not good results. I lost motivation and canceled lessons, because always found reasons.
